高灵敏度PIN探测器

高灵敏度IN探测器接纳我公司独立研发的技术,使用InGaAs PIN探测器,可探测波长1300-1560nm,700-1100nm的激光,灵敏度抵达6.5mV/mW,带宽大于75MHz,可应用于弱信号接收、产品监控、检测等领域,是一款高灵敏度、高可靠性、操作简便的探测器。
