四同轴接触件是一种专用于高速网络差分线传输互连的新型接触件，接纳高速传输设计技术，在标准的8号或10号接触件中集成2个或4个24或26号接触件，并具有360度屏蔽，可以接2个屏蔽双绞电缆或1个屏蔽四绞电缆，具有优良的网络性能，能在极卑劣情况下使用，其传输速率最高可以抵达1.65Gbps。一般用于以太100M、1000M网中。
